UNANIMOUS partnered with Gothenburg Health, leading the development of a strong communication strategy, branding, marketing, and website development. The refreshed brand reflects the hospital’s unwavering commitment to excellence—both in the care it provides and in its role as a regional healthcare leader.

These projects focused on establishing a clear, cohesive foundation to support long-term growth. In close collaboration with the Gothenburg Health team, UNANIMOUS developed a strategic communication framework to identify and prioritize key marketing initiatives. We then created a new logo and visual identity that honors the organization’s legacy while positioning the brand to meet the evolving needs of its community. To ensure consistency and longevity, we delivered a comprehensive brand style guide with clear guidance for applying the new identity across all marketing and communication channels.

Branding & Marketing Results

The brand and marketing efforts delivered clear alignment. UNANIMOUS began with evaluating existing branding, inventory strengths, competitive landscape, market position, and current materials. We established a strong foundation and clear direction for the new brand, tagline, and overall implementation. In a pivotal milestone, Gothenburg’s board approved a name change from Gothenburg Memorial Hospital to Gothenburg Health, voting unanimously in favor of the new branding and tagline. The refreshed brand was then successfully implemented across all outlets, ensuring a cohesive and consistent presence at every touchpoint.

Healthcare Tagline Development

As part of Gothenburg Health’s new market position, tagline development was essential to reinforce a forward-thinking approach to care. After vetting several options, Well Ahead emerged as the clear choice. The tagline is intentionally versatile—speaking both to whole-person health and to being well ahead in innovation, technology, and care delivery. Its flexibility allows it to carry multiple positive, forward-looking interpretations, supporting the brand’s commitment to proactive care today while continually advancing what healthcare can be for the future.

The site also attracts roughly 2,000 visits per month, an impressive reach within a community of just 3,500 residents, and draws traffic from 107 different communities across Nebraska. Together, these analytics reflect a digital experience that not only looks good, but successfully connects with audiences well beyond its immediate market.
