Fallbrook Family Health Center is a medical practice of board-certified family medicine physicians that offer medical care for the entire family. Fallbrook Family Health Center was in need of a new website to accommodate its growing client base. It came to UNANIMOUS for our expertise in designing and developing quality and ADA Compliant websites for the medical field.
Fallbrook Family Health Center wanted a new website focused on providing patients and visitors with all the information they need to know about its medical practice. One feature including displaying the providers and each having their own bios that emphasized each individual's studies and professional achievements.
Another important element was making sure the website met Level AA ADA Compliance standards. This level of compliance includes over 30 individual elements regarding design, color/contrast usage, architecture and code, and usage of text, imagery, and links. UNANIMOUS ran multiple tests to identify any compliance issues.
Fallbrook Family Health Center also wanted a page that focused on new patients, ensuring they had all the information they needed before coming to the practice. First-time patients can easily fill out their information in printable PDF forms before an appointment and save time in the office. When clicked on, each new patient form can be typed in and can check boxes for maximum convenience. An FAQ section also answers common questions new patients may have.
Finally, the services section was broken down and easily available so visitors could clearly see what services Fallbrook Family Health Center offered. A staff login portal was also developed for employees to access internal information. Patients can also request an appointment online and easily pay their medical bill from the new website.
UNANIMOUS shot a video at Fallbrook Family Health Center that focused on an introduction to the clinic, showcased the facility, and highlighted the interactions between staff and patients. A condensed version with no sound was edited to display on the home page of the website so visitors can see the medical practice and friendly interactions right when they go to the site.
