The Associate Creative Producer is a detail-oriented professional focused on the successful execution of video production workflows. This role supports the Head of Video Production and Senior Creative Producer by coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, and ensuring all production documentation is accurate and organized. The Associate bridges the gap between creative concepts and technical reality, ensuring every project stays on track and within scope.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience
• Located in Lincoln, NE (this is not a remote position)
• Agency experience is a bonus 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Leadership & Team Development

• Assist in coordinating freelance crews and talent to ensure clear communication and on-set efficiency.
• Support the Senior Creative Producer in maintaining and updating a database of trusted vendors and studios.
• Provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing production call sheets and schedules.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by providing operational support during high-pressure shoots.

Partner Strategy & Execution

• Support the creation of project task lists, ensuring all deadlines and responsibilities are clearly defined.
• Help translate client feedback into actionable notes for editors and motion artists during post-production.
• Execute foundational production tasks, including casting calls, location permits, and prop sourcing.
• Ensure all final deliverables align with the initial campaign intent and partner brand standards.

Project & Account Management

• Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure production goals are met on time and on budget.
• Coordinate the collection and organization of talent releases, music licenses, and insurance documentation.
• Assist in managing lean generalist crews for small to medium-sized productions.
• Consistently and accurately track time daily and assist in monitoring production expenses.

Internal Marketing & Growth

• Support the development of production proposals by gathering quotes and researching logistical feasibility.
• Assist in maintaining the Video Division’s internal archival systems and portfolio assets.
• Represent UNANIMOUS with a polished and professional demeanor during all partner interactions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide on-set support as a production assistant or craft services coordinator when needed.
• Facilitate the distribution of post-production assets across multiple platforms and deliverables.
• Stay current on emerging video trends and production technology to suggest innovative workflow improvements.
