NPSA Launched to Share School Success


Nebraska Public School Advantage (NPSA) was founded with the primary goal to share the great education stories from public schools across the state. A component of the Nebraska School Administrators Association, NPSA collaborated with UNANIMOUS to bring the organization’s mission, and Nebraska’s success stories, into the spotlight.

UNANIMOUS had the unique opportunity to be involved with supporting the launch of the organization from naming to implementation. A research and discovery process informed naming recommendations for the organization to help clearly define what it was and what it would do.

UNANIMOUS brought the brand to life through a new logo, designed to be youthful yet bold. The logo’s colored blocks provide a feeling of building together, while the distinct font emphasizes public education. The gloss effect provides texture and dimension.

The NPSA brand continues to grow through the design and development of a website to drive engagement and awareness, located at The simple navigation and clean mobile-friendly design allow storytelling to take center stage on the website. The homepage features a tag board aggregating posts with the hashtag #ilovepublicschools from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The hashtag is shared with Nebraska Loves Public Schools and helps contribute and generate conversation.

The overall effect of the brand work is generating increased awareness of the value of public education, and educating people across the state on the success stories in Nebraska’s public schools.
